Someone on our network receives HTML emails differently than everyone else. Instead of the pictures and HTML-formatted text, the user recieves many links displayed as hypertext. Some links lead to the actual links on the webpage, some just bring up the .gif images that make up the graphics on the page. This occurs with any email that contains web content such as newsletters or advertising. The same emails will display the web content correctly on other computers.
The user is running W98SE and office 97. I have tried setting up Outlook to use HTML as the mail format to no avail.
Anyone have any other ideas?
