HTML Disappearing (Web Matrix)

I am using ASP.NET Web Matrix (from for one application (although I also have VS.NET installed on my development machine).

The weirdest things is happening:
Occasionally (but far too often -- sometimes twice in the same day), the HTML for a web form disappears! The code is still there, but the HTML just disappears. Is this a common problem with web matrix? Is there anything I can do about this? I have never had a problem like this before, so I don't think that I am just being careless and deleting hundreds of lines of code accidentally...
