I have a few end users that are complaining about the same issue. If they create a new email and send it, it goes out in HTML format. If they receive an HTML formated email and forward or reply to it, it converts to plain text.
I did fix it by deleting and recreating their Outlook Profile, but has anyone else seen this and have a better fix for it?
