HTML code to disable minimise and close buttons on a window

Please can anyone tell me if there is any HTML code I can add to a popup window that disables the minimise and close buttons ?

I have created a button which users much click accept on however they can still just click on the close button instead.

I'd like a way of making the only way to close the window to be by using the close accept button I have created.

I'm quite new to HTML so please accept my apologies if this is an easy one.

Nope - there is no HTML that will do this. There's no JavaScript or VBScript I can think of that will do it, either.

What are the users supposed to do if they dont want to accept?

What is the context of this feature - maybe there is a more appropraiet way to do it - we would need more details though
