html code changes during Solution Rebuild

I carefully set up the html code associated with an .aspx file only to have it trashed whenever I do a solution rebuild. This happens when I'm embedding an object in the page - basically the URL to the object keeps being reset to a local host location... This is inconvenient when I'm targeting customer servers. Anybody know a way to suppress this behaviour?

I can't replicate your problem but one solution would be to store the location in the appSettings and set it on the Page Load event by retrieving it from these settings.
