I need to build quite an involved form which I can do in my GoLive 7.0.2 but the webmaster says I have to have it in asp. Can I build my html form and then insert Javascripts to make the page do what he needs it to do? Sorry, I'm a graphic artist, not a programmer!

That depends on what it is you need the page to do.

You can build a page and add JS functionality later, but whether what you want to do can be done with JS is another matter altogether.
