HTML and MSACCES problem!!!!

I would like to have a html href link with that shortcut:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\msaccess.exe" /WRKGRP "\\Surveillance\DOCUMENTS\cgr\LOGIN_PASS.MDW" "\\Surveillance\DOCUMENTS\cgr\MDPEQPT.mdb"

If i try it it only return the
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\msaccess.exe"
The option at the end are not take to consideration.
And it only open MSACCESS.

Help will be very appreciate.

Dan, try replacing the spaces in the URL with %20. This works on the web. I'm not sure if it'll work on local documents too.
