HR Position-based Security

Hello!

I was hoping someone could provide some advice!

I am having an issue in position-based security. When utilizing the Organizational Management button through PFCG --> Users tab, and assigning a position to the role....the userID usually turns blue on the PFCG User tab (after performing a reconciliation of indirect users). At times, the username does not show up here at all....does anyone know why?
