HR needs several voicmail options 1

We are running IP Office Version 6.0 (07). We have an associate in HR who would like to have several options on her voice mail when employees call in. This will give employees options regarding there W2's. So when someone calls in to this extension it says press 1 for a copy or your W2 or 2 for past years W2's etc... I hope this can be done. Please be patient as I am just starting to learn this system. Thanks!
 
you need to create a Leavepoint for this user (HR)in Voicemail Pro and create a menu where you need to setup all the options you want to give the callers.
Basically you create an Auto Attendant and attach it to the users mailbox.

Thanks for the quick reply Westi. I am not sure exactly how to complete these steps. Is this done on the properties for the user? or am I not even close. I have gone thru some help screens but am not on the right track. Does this procedure have a name so I can check the help documentation?
 
Sorry, I was in IP office not VMPro. Ok, so I created a leave point. Then a voice question, then menu option and finally a leave mail option. Am I on the right track? I am confused on how to attach it to a users mailbox.

is HR a group (even if its 1 person) or is it a user/extn??
