Hpw to Put a Border Around Web Page?

Hi Web Developers -

I'm building a simple web page that will contain my company's IT policy (with regard to Internet use, email etc)

It's all text.

I would like to wrap a border around everything to give it a nice look. I have only put borders around Tables before.
Is there a way to put a border around the boy of my web page ?

You can wrap the page in a div tag and put a border on that.
<div style=&quot;border:1px solid #000000;&quot;>
