When one of my customers starts up her computer, she gets 2 errors.

#1
HpTrayIcon
Bad Namespace

#2
Program Error
HpTrayIcon.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. you will need to restart the program.
An errorlog is being created.

This has been happing for a couple of months now, if she ignores she is able to work just fine, it is just somehting I want to clear up so she doesn't have to click on these every morning. The Tray belows seems liek everything is working jsut fine it, such as antivirus and so on.

Any ideas?

OS: Windows 2000, SP3

Thanks

Is that program still on the computer? If so try deleting it in Safe Mode...(F8 on startup), then if its needed reinstall it..most of the time will have the drivers for you..
