A user has this error message on a blue screen... A FATAL EXCEPTION 0E HAS OCCURED AT 014F:BFF9A07C and when i rebooted it, another error message appeared.. HPRTBX03 CAUSED A SEGMENT NOT PRESENT FAULT IN MODULE HPRWIN03.DLL AT 0011:00003BD8 SPOOL 32 ...used to be, this user experiences this problem every month when she does her access reports (in access then when printing)... now it happened without her doing anything!! what to do?
