HPQTHB08 ERROR

I have a user that has recently installed an HP Printer (but also an HP scanner, so I'm not sure which is the culpret) She is getting an error that kicks her out of everything she is doing...

"HPQTHB08.EXE has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program."

Does anyone know what is causing this issue and what to do about it.

If I remmber corretly that is used with the HP Photo & Imaging Director which would be the scanner software. Since its a exe I doubt it would be anything with printing.

Thanks I have been leaning in that direction myself. But the two things she had changed was a new printer and a new scanner. I'm goign to have her remove it and reinstall it, but I'll get the latest drivers first.
