Anyone have spoiled photos produced on this printer? I have asked HP to help with this, and have followed their instructions, with no luck. The feed rollers have been cleaned, and the print heads have been cleaned also, using HP Tools, in the Print dialogue box. There remain very regularly spaced white lines, 2.5 cm apart, placed horizontally across the face of the photos. It seems to me that if the feed rollers were the cause of this problem, that these lines would be vertical. I have now tried three brands of photo paper, including HP, with the same results. I'm wondering if this is not a defect in the printer, and would like to straighten this out before the warranty runs out. Thanks as always.

Had a similar problem with HP printers but with black lines. Discovered that the resolution had a . (point) in it as 320.8 or such. The resolution must be a whole number. If this isn't your problem, I would say your printer is at fault.
