I'd start with a maintenance kit, and replace the pickup rollers.

All Pickup rollers are now new, but we have the same problem. Any help? Thank's

Is it happening every time?

There is a paper sensor as the paper comes up the tray, before it gets to the cartridge. That uses an optical sensor. I have seen small pieces of paper or a lot of paper dust in those, causing the same issue that you are having. The switch (which can be seen when you open the manual input tray) needs to travel freely. Some canned air blown in that area may clear up your problem; if not, you'll need to visually verify that there is nothing obstructing switch movement when it "breaks the beam" of the photosensor.
