hpl2 in win2000 (16 bit program)

I am running an old win 3.1 application in windows 2000. When I output an HPGL2 file via the windows 2000 hpgL2 plotfile driver, the plot is about half the true size. Is there a fix to this?

when you say "vai the windows 2000 hpgl2 plotfile driver" are you talking about setting up an HP hpgl2 plotter and using it to print to file, or plotting from Autocad to a PLT file?
