HP8100 documents shifting

Have users trying to print any word, pdf documents to an HP 8100. After the fist page prints without any problems, the rest shift 1/2 to the right. No changes have been made to the printer and was working fine on Firday. Doesn't matter what word or pdf either prints,same result. Thanks

What about the internal test pages of the printer, do they shift also ? Try sending some plain text to the printer to check whether there is a communication issue or if the driver has become corrupt.
