My printer gives the note "Print cartridges not installed correctly". I have reinstalled numerous times but still get the message. It now ceases to print black but will print color. I have a Pentium III with 96mg memory running Windows 98 4.10. Any help will be appreciated.

i have recently aquired a deskjet 710c without any driver i have down loaded the driver from the hp site but it is missing the file HPFECP13.DLL can anyone help
