Has anyone seen the following scenario? If so, then I would greatly appreciate any response or direction!!!

An HP6p is connected via a parallel cable to an IBM3488-V workstation which is connected to an IBM5394 controller which is connected to an AS400 V4R5. The problem is when a a couple of reports are printed, the output is truncated on the right side. We even tried using the serial port connection to the printer but still no joy. I have checked with the programmers on the report print format and they verified it is not the issue because it prints fine on a PC. I am obviously missing something so any assistance from out there would be great!!!

A print driver could be the issue. I tried using the PCL6 for my HP network printer and had the same problem.

Went back to to PCL5 driver and print formatted perfectly.

If PCL 5 does not work, you might even try a Laserjet 4 driver. Seems to be the old reliable the will work with about any hp laser newer than the 4 series.
