HP4K Assistant Error

when I try to access to STMI/NCUI board from Expert Mode/web management I got this error

Connection failure.

Possible reason: Cannot connect to the board.
Please contact your system administrator or validate the configuration by checking the IP address of the board in WBM,
checking the network connection,
checking, whether the WEB server on the board is running on HTTPS port (443), etc.

Try the following:

CHA-STMIB:MTYPE=INITS2IG,LTU=XX,SLOT=XX,TYPE=WBMDATA;

CHANGE-CGWB:MTYPE=CGW,LTU=<number>,SLOT=<number>,TYPE=MGNTDATA,MGNTPN=8000,BUSPN=443;

And:
Change the password for wbm (STMI/NCUI restart needed):

CHANGE-CGWB:CGW,9,6,SERVIF,," ";
CHANGE-STMIB:STMI2IGW,2,91,GWDATA," ",;

HG 3575: cha-stmib:NCUI2,<ltu>,servif,<logintrm>,,<passw>;
HG 3500: cha-cgwb:CGW,<ltu>,<slot>,servif,<logintrm>,<passw>;

If still not working,depending on error code 10 or error code 11:

On Error 10 follow the further steps :
1. Connect
to the board with the V24 cable .(CLI interface ) with a terminal program ( e.g. HyperTerminal )
2. Press CtrlW
3. Type in the terminal program exactly (case sensitive!!!! ) : fDeactivateWBMClientCheck
4. Press Enter
Try to connect again with Assistant to the WBM.

If getting Error 11 do next steps :
5. Connect to UNIX ( e.g. with telnet or directly with V24 on ADP/uw7 Service Connector)
6. Type on terminal your username and press ENTER
7. Type on terminal your password and press ENTER
8. On the ' # prompter
' type : /opt/secm/bin/hahg v reinit
9. Press Enter
Close the Assistant and reopen again .
