HP4550 - email printing runs off left margin

when a specific user prints out an HTML email (trust me, i know the HTML security stuph blah blah) on our hp4550 printer the print job gets pushed over the left margin of the printer and cuts off part of the doc.

i have changed the drivers several times (PCL6, PCL5e, PS) reinstalled and repaired office. Done the same with IE.

Any other ideas?

sorry, office XP (outlook 2002) is the version i'm working with

M$ probably did it again ! with one of their updates... Probably one of the betadrivers here :

will deal with the issue. Go for the Word margins fix driver.

unfortunatly, this client is running windows98se

nothing in there for the margin fix, thats what i thought first was a beta driver...any ideas?
