Both my colour network printers have suddenly messed up their NT Device Settings. In the tray assignments it is showing tray2 before tray1.
This matters because if I change to one of our black and white printers HP4000, the trays are out of line with the HP4000, ie. they show tray1 then tray2. We have word documents which depends on presetting the source trays, which are then printed via macros to all the printers. I can no longer do this for both the colour and B&W printers, I can set one, but as soon as I try to set the other they source trays change.
Do anyone know why the HP4500 and HP4550 are doing this. We have set up queues on various PCs so that they can print independantly.
Thanks
