HP4200tn PCL XL error IllegalOpSequence error

Hi everyone,
we tried loading a modem for a fax through the printer program and that is on hold. But ever since then, we are all getting this message when trying to print anything:

PCL XL error
Subsytem: Kernel
Error: IllegalOperatorSequence
Operator: 0x1b
Position: 6

Our computers are Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 1.

You might check to see which PCL version you are using. We have seen issues before with PCL6. You might try using a version of PCL5, or reinstalling your printer.
