We would like to put in two different papers in drawer 2 & 3 and want the printer to stop when selected printer tray is empty. Printer now starts pulling paper from next available tray. How do we stop this. We have tried the menu selection in the printer information window, that does not stop the printer from rolling to available tray. Lynn

In order to stop the printer from continuing printing by taking paper from the next available tray you must set auto continue to off in the settings on the printer, and you might have to define also on the printer what kind of paper is in what tray ex. tray 2 preprinted, tray 3 plain. Then it should work. If the printer isn`t configured by papertype on the printer, it asumes the same paper is in all trays.
