HP4000 maintenance reset code

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to get into the maintenance menu on my HP4000 LJ? I know that I have to switch off the printer than switch on the printer again while holding 2 buttons. I don't know the buttons anymore.... Can someone tell me, please no software solutions.

ITEM and VALUE
