Hi. I have deployed Avaya IP phones using Cisco L3 routing switches, VLANs, 802.1q trunk ports, and QOS. I know the 4000 doesn't have built in L3 routing but does it support
trunk ports, QOS and vlans? If so my idea was to provide an
external router on a shared trunk port to do the L3 switching. Has anyone deployed VOIP on a 4000 this way?
Thanks, Al

Sorry, also forgot to ask about 802.1p support on the HP side, does anyone have experience with this?
