HP370 Raid0 Broken Stripe

I have been using a VP6 Motherboard with raid 0,1. 2ea. 60GB MaxtorRaid 0, and 2ea. 80GB maxtor Raid 1 When booting up Win 2K the Raid controller reports that,
1Raid 60 mb drive 0 Broken Stripe, 2 Raid 80 mb drive 1 ok, 3 Raid 60 mb drive 0 Broken Stripe 4 Raid 80 mb drive ok. The program raidrb did not fix this, as it says that the first drive NTFS and it only works on FAT 32. Any HELP
PLEASE
