One of our users has an HP 3330 attached to his windows xp pro workstation. When he prints his jobs print the @pjl script instead of requested printout. For example when simply printing a test page via the printer properties, the first line is:
45x@pjl JOB NAME="Test Page"

The last line begins @pjl enter LANGUAGE=PCLXL after which a copyright message appears then gibberish.

Powering off the printer, rebooting the computer and clearing the job queue have not resolved this issue and he has the latest driver. He is not using a USB connection and I am wondering if this would resolve the issue.

Any suggestions for a solution greatly appreciated!
Thank you.
