I have an HP 2600 in our office that sometimes locks up when setting the "Number of Copies" to anything greater than 1. The first copy will generally print but the printer then locks up. I have also experienced this when multiple users have tried to print at the same time. All users print through a LAN.
The fix has been to have the users clear their print que and reboot the printer. Then try printing again.
When the printer is locked up it doesn't display any error messages and appears to be idle. The print que shows that the document is printing.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris Hanna
