HP2500CM prints only one copy

Hi all.


I'm having a bit of a problem with an HP2500CM colour printer connected to a Novell 5.0sp6 network.

Other than taking forever for the print job to actually begin (which is a known problem with this model), two of my staff has reported that when they send a print job with multiple copies (i.e. 25 copies of a brochure), it only prints one copy and finishes.
I could find nothing in HP's KnowledgeBase that addresses this issue.

Any help, ideas and suggestions would be and is greatly appreciated.
