HP24541A/HP24542G Serial Board

I need to install this board in a PC so that it has 2 serial boards, unfortunately I do not have any instructions on what to jumper and where for IRQ's etc, it has columns 1234 and rows AB.Any ideas, I have looked on the HP web site without success.
