hp1220c won't print correct colors 2

When I print out my excel spreadsheet, the colors are brown. I have no blue, red or greeen. Happened all at once. I've changed cartridges. Can anyone help me please?

Does it do the same if you print from anything else? Try running a demo page from the HP Toolbox.

Here are some other ideas, Q's:

1. Is the printer new? Under warranty? Take it to repair depot.
2. What does HP tech support say?
3. New cartridge any better?
4. Self test results?

5. cartridge flush can clean HP print head by soaking for a few min. just 2-3 oz will do.

6. Do you have the newest driver for your OS? (Win 95, 98, NT, 2000, etc)

uninstall the driver and reinstall it that will fix it. the driver is bad get the new one off

also do a config page and see if it prints right if so then the driver will fix the issue
