HP-UX to "Windows NT" (SLIP protocol)

I have configured my HP-UX to dial-up to a "Windows NT" system.
The HP-UX seems ok. Starts the dial-up, the modem connect and the SLIP protocols starts on the HP-UX.
My question is: How can I configure a SLIP incoming connection on the "Windows NT" system ?
Can someone point me to a possible solution ?
