HP-UX physical to virtual migration with IVM

HP VM question
We would like to migrate the existing HP-UX 11.31 OS on VM guest.
On this OS we have Oracle and SAP (on EMC storage), but there are many security issues implemeted on this OS and some applications like Netbackup media server, ISS, sysscan ...
Which is the right may to implement VM host on this physical machine and migrate this OS to VM guest?
