Hey All,
I'm new to HP-UX so take it easy on me!

I'm looking for a way to expedite, or automate exercises in STM. At my place of employment we use STM to test hard-drives, memory, etc... Long story short when we have a bunch of hard-drives to test and we would like to implement a read/write test, no one wants to go through all the prompts before the exercise initializes, especially when you have one or more arrays with drives!

I've had exposure to AIX which allowed you to use fastpath commands, which were essentially a command line driven alternative to the GUI version.

I would assume there is some alternative for HP-UX...I have had some experience with the "JBOD" command which was run through a terminal window...

Any information is appreciated!

Thanks,

why not use cstm - its the command line version. Somewhat cryptic i admit.
