We had a set up legato networker on HP server with win 2003 server installed and Ultrium 460 tape storadge connected through scsi. After deleting Ultrium 460 from legato networker library list it became impossible to find it with networker's device scan ..
Device manager shows that robot and tape storadge are ok. I downloaded HP Ultrium 460 utilities - it found no errors too. Firmware update was ueless ..
May be someone had similar problem ... what can i do to fix it?
