HP U320 scsi card support on Netware 5.1 ***

Hello,
Does anyone has experience problems with this card + SSL1016 + NW 5.1 + Arcserve 9?
We find a driver (lsimptnw.ham) but under Arcserve 9 the card doesn't work (Arcserve does not initialize).

We can't find an apropriate driver for this adapter. Anyone knows how to get it?
Or the problem is related an other thing?
Any help will be welcome. It's a little urgent.
