HP U320 scsi card + Netware 5.1

Hello,
Does anyone has experience problems with this card + HP autoloader + NW 5.1 + Arcserve 9?
Our Arcserve v9 does not initialize.
The driver for O.S. seems be the correct.

Any help will be welcome. It's a little urgent.
