I have an HP SureStore 718 autoloader attached to a Dell Powerserver running NT 4.0
When the Dell boots it reports that it sees the Adaptec SCSI controller and even sees the Tape Drive at LUN 0 and the robotics at LUN 1
However when windows is running and I go to control panel/scsi adaptors it sees the host adapter, reports that the driver is running but doesn't report andy attached devices.
Also in the control panel is a selection for tape drives. Nothing shows up there either. I tried messing with the SCSI ID numbers on the autoloader. The system reports the new SCSI IDs each time but I still can't see the devices in Windows.
Any ideas on where to go next would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael
