We (The City of Phx), have one of these and are finding this device to be flaky. We have had it for about a year and had 6-7 service calls re: bad tape drive a other things. Does anyone eles have any experiences such as this? Now our unit "freezes" during start-up, no error, no failure, no nothing, just hangs!
