I HAVE AN OLD HP SUPERSCRIPT 860 PRINTER THAT IS GIVING ME SOME PAIN. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THE OWNER'S MANUAL SUGGESTED, INCLUDING INSTALLING A NEW TONER CARTRIDGE. THE PRINTER STILL DOES NOT PRINT THE FIRST 1/2 TO 3/4 INCHE OF TEXT ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE PAPER.

DOES ANYONE HAVE A SUGGESTION THE MAY HELP?
