HP SIM 4 Problems

Just installed HP SIM 4.0 and cant actually get into it...

comes up saying, "Please wait. Checking for a java runtime environment"

and it freezes there...

i have installed the java plugin but it doesnt seem to do anything...

any help would be great...

you need to install the patch
it's caused by an ms security patch

to be truthful - ie6 is a pain with this
crank up mozilla and it will work a charm

ms break insight ever 5 mins

Is the IE6 security patch to be installed on the server where HP SIM is installed or onto the client where we are trying to access the HP SIM login page?

Are there any dedicated websites out there for HP SIM that you know of?

it's on the server that runs insight

you get it from hp sim's page
