I have previously installed Visioneer Paperport in Win95 that came with my HP Scanjet 5pse. It crashes intermittently and when reinstalled, refuses to go past start screen, then disappears. Their are no messages, just gone. Last time I got it to work by reformatting; this time it doesn't even with some help from HP without reformatting. I have installed with all programs shutdown...... Any ideas? Thanks,
