I have tried everything from the HP site, the LTX update USB interface doesnt work. It comes up with n error. I tried Downloading it again, but it still had a fatal error. The problem is that the program doenst find ne scanners. I have tried plugging it again in other USB ports and that didnt work either. I know the USB ports are ok because i can get other peripherials to recognize. Ne ideas?
