HP-SC500 driver for XP 1

Hi,
I have a friend that just bought a Dell E521, OS is Windows XP sp2. She has a 4 year old HP printer (HP-SC500). She installed the serial port card but cant find a driver for the printer that will work in XP...I searched on the web and I cant find one. Is there a compatiable driver that would work?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Are you sure there's not a typo there HP-SC500 -> HP PSC 500 ?
