HP SAM: reporting incorrect clock speeds

Has anyone ever seen this?

On a 4440. All drawings of this system shows slots 7/8 as 133MHz and the rest of the slots as 66MHz. In looking at at a 4440 and noticed that it's reporting slots 7/8 as 133MHz, but it's showing the rest of the slots are 33MHz within the SAM utility. Is that a problem with SAM , bug maybe?
