HP route issue

I have an HP-UX11.0 server that was working fine yesterday but all of a sudden it can only ping servers on its local network. I have removed the default route and re-added it and this fixes the issue for about 2 mins and then it breaks again.

any ideas as to what could be causing this issue?

did you doublecheck the syslog.log for any hints?
