Have just connected a R1500XR to my shiny new Win 2003 server (HP Proliant DL360), conifgured the UPS service so it saw the box connected as a APC basic signalling to any UPS device (I am assuming it is a rebadged APC unit). Basically it just starts shutting down the server, even though it reads current power source AC power. and it does this until you safe boot and disable the UPS Service. Anyone have ideas about why it could be doing that. Much appreciate any response.
