I have HP PSC2355 inkjet. Was working fine. Suddenly after installing a new color cartridge, got message on LCD panel to "check color cartridge". Basically locks up entire printer--no response from any buttons and will not print at all. Has anyone ever got past this, or do I have an HP paperweight now?

Third party or OEM? US, or Europe? Could just be an expired cart, check the carriage flat cable inside where the carts go for tears.
