Hp PSC1500 always prints control page at startup

I have a HP PSC1500 printer. Whenever i start it up it always prints that first control page a printer prints when you use it for the first time b4 printing a job given. The one for alignment . I do not know what could be the problem with it , can somebody help?

You have to Align the Print Cartridges. Put that page face down into the scanner then "Align the Print Cartridges" using the HP printer driver.
